Facility Rentals

During times when our church facilities are not in use for Aurora Community Church activities, we make them available for community events. Because of the high cost of maintenance and utilities, we do request a fee for use of the facility. These spaces are open to groups that serve the public and whose goals align with the mission of Aurora. We are not able to host private events, with the exception of approved weddings. Please review our full Policies and Procedures and Facility Use Agreement before completing the Facilities Request Form below.

We offer long-term rentals for ministry and community groups whose purposes align with the values of Aurora Community Church. For details, please contact us at facility@auroracommunity.org.

Equipment and Resources

Note: If you desire to use any of the equipment in our auditorium, ACC will provide the individual(s) to run the equipment at a fee. See Facility Use Policy for more information.

Policy Agreement

By signing, I agree that:
1) I have read and accept the ACC Policies and Procedures (found at auroracommunity.org/facility) and agree to abide by the guidelines as stated;
2) I will adhere to the deposits and fees as outlined in the Policies and Procedures; and
3) Any keys checked out to me will be returned within 24 hours of the conclusion of my event.
