Printed registration packets and fees may be returned to the Aurora Community Church offices, located on the West side of the building at 1900 N 175th Street.

Digital registration packets may be sent to LittleTrees@auroracommunity.org and registration fees may be paid by clicking on the appropriate link below.

We are very excited about the pending transfer of the early learning center to Aurora Community Church (ACC)! ACC’s goal is to offer the same level of education, care, and community that you have come to expect, with very little disruption to you and your family. Check back regularly for updates on our progress!

Q: When will you start enrollment?
A: Enrollment is open for current families!

Q: What will tuition cost?
A: We will keep tuition costs the same as advertised by Joyful Early Learning for the 2024-25 school year. Those rates for full time care are:

• 12-24mos: $1750/month
• 24-36mos: $1700/month
• 36mo-4yrs: $1600/month
• Pre-K: $1600/month
• Elementary, before school only: $375/month
• Elementary, after school only: $450/month
• Elementary, before and after school: $750/month

For those who are enrolled in a part-time program, we'll meet your current rate as shown on your September tuition receipt.

Q: How sure are you that the license will be transferred?
A: We have every reason to believe that we will meet the requirements of the Washington State Department of Children, Youth, and Families and that the transfer process will be quick and smooth.

Q: Will you retain all of the same staff?
A: We will make every effort to offer the same jobs to all current staff, but we understand if some of the staff choose to leave us at this time. Our goal will still be to provide you and your children with the same level of education and care that you've come to expect.

Q: Are there guaranteed spots for currently enrolled children?
A: Yes! Enrollment will be offered for all current families before opening enrollment to the community. We understand that some families may choose to move on during this transition, but we'd love for all currently enrolled children to be part of the new ELC!

Q: Is there anything I can do to help with the transfer?
A: We'd love your help in communicating all of this information to the other families at Joyful! If you hear of anyone with questions, please direct them to this page. We'll have a few work days coming up to make sure the center is in tip-top shape for licensing and we'll let you know when those dates are as soon as we can!
